![]() ![]() On my home network with good wifi signal RS-BA1 has far less notcieable audio dropouts than WFVIEW. I have RS-BA1 that I use in my house and remote locations with a windows laptop and I use WFVIEW with a macbook from the same locations. So… is there hope for improving wfview performance, or is there a trick I’m missing? Are others succeeding with client/server operation via the internet? ![]() It has two significant disadvantages:Ī) Cost - especially for multiple operators Unfortunately, although this was an interesting experiment, it doesn’t provide the solution for what I’m trying to achieve. ![]() So under identical conditions where wfview fails with long drop-outs, the Icom software seems to get the job done. If there are any problems with UDP delay or sequencing it isn’t apparent to the user.
